Graham Lathbury - Managing Director

As a founding Director of Global Challenge UK, Graham has been involved with Challenge Events for over 14 years and has extensive experience in communications and safety in the mountains. Prior to forming GCUK, Graham spent many years working with the military, government and charities both overseas and in the UK. He has successfully organised and managed both Challenge and Team Building Events for a number of charitable organisations, and played a key role in developing the present Institute of Fundraising's Code of Conduct. Graham is a keen sportsman and outdoor enthusiast with extensive experience of outdoor events. He likes nothing more than getting out in to the hills!

Vanessa Lathbury - Director

Vanessa joined Global Challenge in 2000 from another training/event management company. Prior to that she was Operations Manager with the Cable & Wireless Emergency Response Unit. Vanessa has extensive experience of outdoor events along with personal development skills. Vanessa is also a qualified counsellor and runs her own therapy private practice. When not on a mountain Vanessa enjoys cycling and working out in the gym
