New for 2010

UK Challenge Events offer a blend of proven fundraising potential as well as excellent team building before and throughout the event. Having run Challenge events for over 10 years, by popular request GCUK will be running two 'Open Events' in 2010. Open Events may be attractive to charities and organisations who would like to enter individual team(s) to raise money on their behalf. Not only are these events great fun but they have shown themselves to be excellent fundraising vehicles. Whilst it is not essential for teams to raise money to enter, those completing the challenge on behalf of a charity could be expected to raise typically £5,000 per team. Any fundraising target is set by the charity.

Open 3 Peaks Challenge (24/25 July 2010)

Walk the UK's highest summits within 24 hours. The challenge comprises in excess of 11,000ft of climbing, 20 miles of walking and 500 miles of driving

Open 24 Peaks Challenge - Lake District (Date TBC)

Not for the faint hearted, this challenge event is a must for keen mountain walkers. Climb 24 Peaks, all over 2,400 ft in 24 hours.
