Open "Mighty Mount Snowdon" Climb 9th June 2012

Sign up to climb the highest mountain in Wales! Set your own 2012 Olympic Challenge by climbing the magnificent Mount Snowdon in Wales, taking in a round trip of just over 8 miles and a total ascent of over 3500ft!

Sign up as an individual or recruit a small team from existing supporters, friends and colleagues or simply 'fit' mates from your local pub/club. All participants will be allocated to a team (ensuring mixed ability/experience) and advised prior to the day. Each team will consist of approximately 8 walkers. For those wishing to stay the night before or after the day, accommodation lists will be provided and preferential rates offered where possible.

Even if you're a complete novice to hill walking, walk in confidence knowing that you will receive the highest quality of safety cover, experienced marshals, radio communications, challenge base, pre-walk briefings, information materials including an on-line resource detailing a 6 week training programme giving advice on nutrition, exercises, fundraising and more. Everyone will receive a certificate to mark their outstanding achievement!
